Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring immediately for non-CDL drivers in Round Rock, TX. You will deliver, install, and pickup furnishings and equipment at events, supervise temporary staff, and ensure safety and quality on-site.

The position pays $23 per hour, with schedules varying based on business needs and weekend work required. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid and current driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Minimum 3 months driving a 24‑foot box truck or larger; 1 year preferred.
• Physically able to lift 100+ pounds with a partner.
• Ability to comply with FMCSA regulations and English language requirements.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks safely and verify loading order to meet delivery specifications.
• Plan and communicate logistics with the operations team prior to delivery.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections; prep trucks for shifts.
• Operate trucks safely on delivery routes and install/assemble furniture at venues.
• Supervise temporary workers and ensure on-site tasks meet client requirements.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed and assist with loading/unloading.
