Job summary

CORT Tradeshow and Events is hiring immediately for Class A CDL drivers in Austin, TX. The Delivery Driver works with the Operations team to load, deliver, and install furniture at tradeshow and event venues, including weddings, festivals, and corporate events.

Pay is $26 per hour with varying schedules and weekend requirements. This role offers weekly pay, training, meal per diem, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL for Texas residency.
• Experience handling loading, unloading, and driving long-haul equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and inspect furniture before transport.
• Deliver and install furniture at events according to floor plans.
• Maintain safety, complete logs and DOT paperwork as required by FMCSA.
• Interact professionally with clients during deliveries and setups.
• Supervise temporary staff on-site to ensure proper delivery and pickup.
