Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL not required.
• Driving record meeting Hilldrup’s eligibility.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Ability to meet medical/physical requirements for the vehicle.
• Six months+ Box Tuck driving experience preferred.
• Moving/logistics experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate non-CDL company vehicles per company policies and regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Transport goods safely to assigned locations.
• Serve as on-site team lead for moves with up to five crew members.
• Coordinate daily job activities for safe, timely completions.
• Assist with loading/unloading, packing, wrapping and protection of belongings.
• Communicate professionally with customers about the move and expectations.
• Maintain vehicle, delivery, and job documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Report accidents or incidents per procedures.
