Location: 2404 Commerce St, Chattanooga, TN 37408
Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 7 PM to 4 AM

Job Summary:

SCA seeks a reliable, hardworking individual to join as a Non CDL Driver. You will perform various tasks supporting daily operations, requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate parking lot sweepers and inspect equipment daily for safety.
• Service assigned accounts independently along planned routes.
• Work outdoors, sweeping parking lots and sidewalks, using leaf blowers, and walking 3-4 miles per shift.
• Wear proper safety gear (PPE), including pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and boots.
• Review routes and ask questions if unclear.

Requirements/Skills:

• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests.
• Ability to use GPS and tablets, follow directions, and adapt to work environment.
• Proper work attire and PPE.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather and handle physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs., walking, standing, operating equipment).
• Good vision, focus, and safety equipment use.
