Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar group, seeks a Non CDL Driver for Lawrence, MA. You will drive a company-provided truck to deliver materials, inspect vehicles, and assist with loading and routing to customers.

A valid license with a clean MVR is required, along with the ability to lift heavy items and operate forklifts. The role offers a $24/hr base rate plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and a strong benefits package including PTO, 401(k), tuition

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license with a clean MVR for the past 3 years.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to operate company equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivering material in a timely manner to customers.
• Maintaining vehicle in proper working condition – daily inspections.
• Load and unload trucks using forklift or manual methods.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• Assemble, package, label, and route material for delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork and data input per procedures.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.

Position: Non CDL Driver- Union

Location: NorthEast Electrical -104 Glenn St B, Lawrence MA

Hours:Monday-Friday 1am Start

Rate:$24/hr + $3,000 Sign on Bonus!

As a NorthEast Electrical Union Driver for the Lawrence, MA location, you will be the face of the company driving a company provided truck to transport materials to our valued customers. Responsibilities include operating company equipment in a safe manner, while ensuring that our product is in perfect condition and ready for our customers. The responsibilities listed below are encompassing of a Warehouse Driver but may vary accordingly.

What a day in this role looks like:

• Delivering material in a timely manner to customers.
• Maintaining vehicle in proper working condition – conduct daily inspections as stated in established policies and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks, move material in a safe manner using forklift, pallet jack, handcart, or other device.
• Count, check, prepare, and record items being received or shipped.
• May assemble, package, label, stack, palletize, and route material for safe delivery or storage.
• Complete paperwork, documentation, and data input in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by manager.
