Job summary

QXO, Inc. in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver materials to customer sites and job locations. This role combines driving with loading, unloading, and verifying deliveries, and requires reliable, safety-focused performance and excellent customer service.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, document deliveries, and assist with warehouse or yard tasks as needed, while maintaining accurate delivery logs and complying with PPE and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1–2 years driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
• DOT Medical Card within 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Direct customer interaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations accurately and on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details before and after each delivery.
• Obtain required documentation such as signatures or proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and job site personnel.
• Address questions or concerns and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, or corrections as needed.
• Support warehouse or yard operations, including staging and organizing materials.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures including PPE.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.
