Headstart Hatching is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Driver to transport goods and passengers safely while providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong time management and strict adherence to safety policies.

The position offers a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Core hours are weekday mornings with some weekend coverage as needed, located in Willmar, MN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Must pass background check and MVR requirements.
• Minimum age 21 years (or as required by insurance).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate non-CDL vehicles and transport goods or passengers.
• Follow routes and schedules for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain delivery records and documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Assist with warehouse/operational tasks as needed.
