Schroeder Moving Systems, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Non-CDL Driver / Crew Lead Mover to lead daily moving crews, load and unload, and ensure smooth operations across residential and commercial moves.

You will drive trucks (no CDL), supervise the crew, deliver outstanding customer service, and keep jobs on schedule while staying active and avoiding desk work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day.
• Moving, logistics, or crew leadership experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Drive company moving trucks safely (no CDL needed)
• Lead and motivate a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs
• Pack, load, unload, and move furniture and heavy items daily
• Deliver top-tier customer service from start to finish
• Keep jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
• Maintain clean trucks, organized equipment, and high standards
• Solve problems on the fly and keep the team moving
• Work alongside your crew - not from the sidelines
