Job summary

Daniels Health in Baltimore is seeking a customer‑focused driver to operate a 26‑ft box truck across the Baltimore, MD area, collecting sharps and medical waste containers and delivering exceptional customer service daily.

This full‑time role offers a non‑negotiable $24.00 per hour, with a $3,000 new hire bonus after probation. Typical hours on weekdays, with overtime opportunities and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Two years delivery experience in a 26‑ft box truck.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a 7‑year MVR review.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with start times between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Daniels Health is offering a $3,000 new hire bonus for joining our amazing team in Baltimore!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver who can operate a 26-foot box truck across the Baltimore, MD area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Delivering throughout MD, DC, DE, VA
• Operating a 26‑ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships
• Complete deliveries on time schedule and clearly communicate changes
• Load, unload, and organize truck per schedule needs
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four‑wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lbs
• Maintain at least 2 years of delivery experience within a 26‑ft box truck and valid DOT medical card
• Pass a 7‑year MVR review
• Experience with pre‑trip, post‑trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Demonstrate a can‑do attitude with strong customer focus
• Show proven longevity in past employment
• Touch freight experience
