Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a customer-focused driver in Baltimore, MD with a Class B license and experience operating a 26 ft box truck. You will collect sharps and medical waste from healthcare locations and deliver outstanding customer service in the Baltimore area.

This full-time role offers a $3,000 new hire bonus, non-seasonal work, overtime opportunities, and a consistent schedule. Join a team delivering safety-focused waste management services across the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Class B license with a clean driving record and valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck.
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Passing the 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.

Responsibilities

• Delivering throughout MD/DC
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store medical waste containers at customer locations
• Providing strong customer service and building positive customer relationships
• Completing deliveries to time schedule and clearly communicating changes
• Loading and unloading and organizing your truck per schedule needs
• Complying with DOT regulations, logging hours and roadside inspections
• Pushing/pulling a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs!!

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver with a Class B license and experience driving large trucks to utilize your experience across the Baltimore, MD area. What will your job involve?

• Delivering throughout MD/DC
• Operating 26 ft box truck in a safe manner
• Safely collect, deliver and store our medical waste containers at customer locations

What are we looking for?

• Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!
