Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers to designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including assisting passengers with special needs as required.
• Inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information using electronic device or manual ticket.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Maintain and enforce shuttle evacuation procedures and coordinate evacuation activities as appropriate.
• Immediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Refuel vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment, disinfecting shuttle after each use.
• Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions and compliance with company safety standards.

The Non‑CDL Shuttle Driver transports passengers to and from designated locations within the UPS World Port facility. This position requires operating a shuttle vehicle in a secure, high traffic environment that includes other moving vehicles and aircraft.
