Crews and Co. Logistics is hiring Delivery Driver Helpers (Non CDL) to support a driver on daily routes from the warehouse. Responsibilities include loading, routing assistance, and safe handling of packages while delivering with a focus on customer service.

The role requires 18+ years old, US work authorization, a valid photo ID, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Weekly pay, benefits, and a rotating schedule are provided.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state photo ID.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Able to work in physically demanding conditions and all weather environments.
• No CDL required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist lead driver on daily routes.
• Load and unload packages safely and efficiently.
• Follow routes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Report to warehouse for loadout and route prep.
• Use smartphone for GPS, scanning, clocking in/out.
• Return to the warehouse at end of shift.
