Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Driver Helper (NON CDL) in Pineville, NC. You will assist the driver with daily delivery tasks, load/unload products, and help ensure accurate paperwork. The role includes weekend and holiday work, physical activity, and a focus on safety and customer service.

Earn $19 to $20 per hour with weekly pay, plus benefits after 30 days. This full-time position rewards reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in ambient temperatures and in a physically active role.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support driver by loading/unloading per invoices and company policy.
• Assist with organizing inbound/outbound product and paperwork.
• Build and maintain courteous relationships with customers.
• Count, verify, and document shipment quantities and labels.
