Job summary

BedMart is looking for motivated Non-CDL Delivery Drivers to join the team at our Wilsonville Distribution Center in Oregon. This role involves delivering luxury sleep products and ensuring a positive experience for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and setting up products and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $26 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 100+ pounds with assistance.
• Valid non-CDL driver’s license.
• At least three years of acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and set up mattresses and furniture in customers’ homes.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Ensure products are handled safely and installed properly.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and set up mattresses, furniture, and accessories in customers’ homes with the assistance of a delivery partner
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery
• Ensure products are handled safely and installed properly
• Represent BedMart’s values and commitment to customer satisfaction on every route

Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 100+ pounds with assistance
• Valid non-CDL driver’s license
• At least three (3) years of acceptable driving history and ability to provide a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• 21 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
• Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test and DOT exam
• Have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Availability to work weekends
• Previous warehouse, driving, or delivery experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate

Compensation

Pay range: $21 – $26 per hour, based on furniture delivery experience.
