Job summary

BedMart is hiring motivated Delivery Drivers and Warehouse Associates to join a hands-on team that ships premium mattresses and home furnishings. You will help load, transport, and set up products at customers’ homes while collaborating with coworkers to move and stage items efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, customer-first service, and a positive attitude, with the opportunity to be home every night on a local delivery schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
• Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) with at least 3 years of acceptable driving history.
• Able to safely lift and move 100+ lbs. with a team.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and a DOT physical.
• Delivery or warehouse/furniture installation experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and set up mattresses and furniture in customers' homes.
• Work with teammates to lift, move, and handle products safely.
• Provide friendly, professional service and respect customers' homes.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, staging, and preparing products for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and delivery environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a great experience – Safely load, transport, and set up mattresses and furniture in customers' homes.
• Work as a team – Partner with coworkers to safely lift, move, and handle products.
• Make customers smile – Provide friendly, professional service and treat every customer's home with care.
• Keep things moving – Assist with receiving, organizing, staging, and preparing products for delivery.
• Take pride in your work – Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and delivery environment.
