Position Summary

The primary function of a delivery driver is to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently, ensuring all freight is delivered undamaged. Work as part of a team to deliver, load/unload materials, and provide excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects to ensure safe operation.
• Load building materials onto flatbed or boom truck and unload at job sites.
• Deliver materials to designated areas, prioritizing safety.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Lift heavy building materials up to 80 lbs.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Report all accidents involving driver or equipment.
• Maintain compliance records as required by regulations.

Basic Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clear three-year Motor Vehicle Report.
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation regulations.
• High School diploma or GED.
