P&R Paper, a division of Imperial Dade, leading national distributor has a job open. Our Las Vegas location is looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver. We are looking for a motivated person who is looking to grow with a great company that is hiring to keep up with a continually expanding client base. Responsible for operating a company service truck on a schedule over a designated route and ensure safety and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Safely transport goods to customer locations in a timely, safe and courteous manner
• Load and unload goods at customer locations
• Check in goods at customer locations
• Maintain accurate and organized paperwork
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical/safety issues
• Maintain all required documentation i.e. logbooks, DOT reports, etc…
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Keep truck and associated equipment clean and in good working order
• Communicate with office personnel by means of wireless devices
• Follow all appropriate traffic laws
• Report any accidents/mechanical issues to fleet manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

You have:

• Minimum 1-year driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver License (Class C).
• Customer Service experience
• Clean DMV record
• Detail oriented
• Basic math skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work overtime
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam

Salary: $18.00/hour

Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 6 am-2:30 pm
