Job description

CPS Lakewood, a partner of Heritage Landscape, is seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented team player for the role of Full-Time Non CDL Delivery Driver. Responsibilities include order entry at the sales counter, warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping, loading trucks, and some driving. Workweek is Monday through Friday, with overtime during busy seasons. Pay starts at $23 and up.

Essential Duties

1. Interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person
2. Order picking and staging
3. Replenishment, shipping, and receiving
4. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
5. Delivering products to customers and branch locations
6. Ensuring safety through pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and adherence to DOT/CDL regulations
7. Understanding and complying with FMCSA regulations
8. Performing other related duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Basic computer skills and internet use
2. Acceptable driving record and verifiable driving history
3. Forklift experience is helpful
4. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
6. Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
