DJTrust Logistics LLC is hiring full-time Non CDL Delivery Drivers in Cedar Falls, Iowa. No prior delivery experience is required, with paid training and a company delivery vehicle provided. Opportunities for advancement include Lead Driver, Dispatcher, or Operations Manager roles.

Schedule entails 4–5 days per week, 10-hour shifts, day shifts, and weekdays/weekends availability. Must be 21+, hold a valid Iowa driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Report to the warehouse for route assignments and loadout.
• Load and organize packages in your delivery vehicle before leaving the warehouse.
• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle—no CDL required.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules, completing 100 or more stops per day.
• Deliver packages to customers’ doorsteps with care and professionalism.
• Use navigation tools and maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures when required.
• Inspect your delivery vehicle, keep it clean, and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow traffic laws, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with customers and your team.
• Return to the warehouse and complete end-of-shift procedures.

Job Description

What You’ll Do as a Non CDL Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll provide dependable courier service, delivering packages and everyday essentials to customers throughout the community.

This is anactive delivery roleinvolving frequent movement between your vehicle and customer locations, lifting and carrying packages, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule and Work Location

• Full-time, in-person work in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
• Work4–5 days per week, with shifts up to10 hours.
• Day shifts with availability needed onweekdays and weekends.
• Reliable transportation to the reporting location is required.

Delivery Driver Requirements

• Beat least 21 years old.
• Hold avalid driver’s license in the state of employmentand meet driving-record requirements.
• Be able to lift and move packages weighingup to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be available for day shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Be able to follow delivery routes, manage time, and work independently.
• Maintain a dependable, professional attitude.
• Demonstrate a commitment tosafe driving and excellent customer service.
• Meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check.

No prior delivery experience or CDL is required. Paid training is provided.
