JPZ Logistics LLC in Iowa City, IA is seeking a Delivery Associate/Driver to join our Amazon DSP team. You’ll be the friendly face delivering packages with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely service.

Position offers hourly pay of $22.50–$25.25 with weekly bonuses, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement into supervisor roles based on performance. CDL not required and training provided.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and able to read and speak English.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Able to move boxes up to 50 lbs. and operate delivery van.
• No personal vehicle required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and punctually in Iowa City.
• Load vans and deliver using GPS navigation.
• Work roughly 4–5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Provide positive customer interactions on each delivery.

Currently, we are looking to fill full-time and part-time driving positions in Iowa City, Iowa.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Have a positive can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, and delivering packages safely and punctually.
• You can expect to work about 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Be 21 years or older with the ability to read and speak English, for safety.
• Be physically able to handle getting in and out of a vehicle throughout the day
• Be punctual and have excellent time management skills
• Have a valid driver's license.A Commercial driver’s license (CDL) is NOT required.
• Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
• You do NOT need to provide your own vehicle.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
