Job summary

Flatrock Logistics is seeking reliable, hardworking delivery drivers for full-time roles delivering packages out of the Amazon DSP warehouse in Iowa City. Compensation ranges from $22.51 to $24.51 per hour. No CDL or prior delivery experience required, with a paid time off program and benefits.

Vehicles provided, plus a 24/7 support hotline and modern route navigation tools. Expect 2–5 workdays per week, around 10 hours per day, with safety at the core and positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery vehicle.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers.

Responsibilities

• Loading delivery vans at the warehouse and delivering packages following route GPS guidance by driving and stepping in and out of the delivery vehicle safely.
• Returning all non delivered items to the warehouse.
• Working about 2-5 days a week with a typical working day being 10 hours.
• Following strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Interacting with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
