Job summary

Gourmet Foods International in Seattle, WA is seeking a reliable delivery driver to transport company products to customers according to manifests and routing instructions. You will operate company vehicles, comply with DOT regulations, and uphold high safety standards in daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, temperature-controlled loads, and accurate documentation, with on-site support and modern equipment for efficient routes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid Class C License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to step up 17 inches and climb up to three rungs of a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company product to customers according to manifest.
• Drive company vehicle.
• Follow DOT rules and regulations.
• Follow GFI procedures and protocols.
• Exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain load temperatures according to load specifications
• Manage route according to dispatch, jurisdictional compliance, and load optimization.
• Ability to maintain electronic documents – XRS experience a plus.
