Starmark is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Commercial Driver for local, up-to-150-mile routes with a part-time schedule (1–3 days/week). You’ll be the face of Starmark on the road, delivering funeral products with white-glove service and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Compliant with Department of Transportation: valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Comfortably using GPS routing tools and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Starmark funeral products to funeral homes within your territory.
• Ensure on-time deliveries with professional service and verify orders before loading and delivery.
• Collect signatures, payments, and maintain delivery documentation.
• Serve as the primary face of Starmark during deliveries and build trust with customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading, secure shipments, and help prepare next-day orders.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, follow DOT regulations, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

What You'll Do

Deliver with Excellence

• Safely transport Starmark funeral products to funeral homes throughout your territory
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries with professional service
• Verify orders before loading and upon delivery
• Collect signatures, payments, and maintain delivery documentation

Build Customer Relationships

• Serve as the primary face of Starmark during deliveries
• Create positive experiences through professionalism and communication
• Support customer needs and help resolve issues when they arise
• Develop long-term relationships built on trust and reliability

Support Service Center Operations

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Secure shipments using proper equipment and procedures
• Help prepare next-day orders and specialized packaging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Safety First

• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Compliant with Department of Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record

• Comfortably using GPS routing tools and mobile technology with a reliable smart phone

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Operate lift gates and pallet jacks for loading and unloading freight with a 26' box truck
• Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and move constantly throughout the workday
• Work in warehouse and delivery environments
