Job summary

Starmark Local LLC in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Commercial Driver for local routes up to 150 miles. This part-time role (1–3 days per week) features a white-glove service environment and meaningful customer relationships, with independence on the road and support from a strong team.

You will deliver funeral products to funeral homes, verify orders, collect signatures and payments, and maintain delivery paperwork while complying with safety standards and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license from the Department of Motor Vehicles
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

• Safely transport funeral products to funeral homes within the territory

What You'll Do

Deliver with Excellence

• Safely transport Starmark funeral products to funeral homes throughout your territory
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries with professional service
• Verify orders before loading and upon delivery
• Collect signatures, payments, and maintain delivery documentation

Build Customer Relationships

• Serve as the primary face of Starmark during deliveries
• Create positive experiences through professionalism and communication
• Support customer needs and help resolve issues when they arise
• Develop long-term relationships built on trust and reliability

Support Service Center Operations

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Secure shipments using proper equipment and procedures
• Help prepare next-day orders and specialized packaging
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Safety First

• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after routes
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain a clean driving record and commitment to safe driving

What We Are Looking For

• Compliant with Department of Transportation: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Comfortably using GPS routing tools and mobile technology with a reliable smart phone

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Operate lift gates and pallet jacks for loading and unloading freight with a 26' box truck
• Sit, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and move constantly throughout the workday
• Work in warehouse and delivery environments
