Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck Driver for Indianapolis, IN. This full-time role involves safe loading, transport, and delivery of used tires with a two-person team, adhering to DOT and company safety rules.

The job requires 1+ year box truck experience, strong safety awareness, and good communication with dispatch and customers. You will perform pre/post-trip checks and complete route paperwork daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of box truck driving experience.
• Must meet FMCSA driver qualification requirements for non-CDL drivers.
• Acceptable MVR per DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck on assigned routes to remove used tires from customer locations.
• Work with a Route Helper to load, stack, and secure tires onto the truck.
• Manually handle tires weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Serve as primary contact at customer locations, obtaining signatures and completing docs.
