United Talent Staffing is currently hiring Route Drivers (Box Truck) in the Atlanta area!!!
Job Duties:
Driving: Operate a box truck for route deliveries and pickups; typical driving schedule runs between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM
Loading/Unloading: Routinely load and unload trucks by hand and with equipment such as pallet jacks
Warehouse Work: Perform general warehouse duties as needed; percentage of warehouse work may vary week to week
Travel: Overnight travel required 1–2 nights per week (on average); hotel, meals, and travel expenses provided
Material Handling: Repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and push/pull pallet jacks with heavy loads
Documentation & Safety: Maintain proper logs, follow DOT regulations, and adhere to all safety protocols
Equipment Use: Forklift operation preferred or willingness to learn
Tech Use: Use basic computer systems to support routing, tracking, or inventory tasks
Pay and Shift:
$20.00/hr.
Warehouse Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Driving Schedule: Varies based on routes, typically 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Overtime: Occasional, based on business needs
Temp-to-Hire: Yes, for suitable candidates after required hours completed
Per Diem: Hotel, meals, and additional travel costs covered during overnights
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
Valid DOT Medical Card (Interstate)
Acceptable MVR and Background Check
Must pass drug screen (new hire & random)
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and material handling
Professionalism and customer service skills
Forklift experience and computer skills preferred, or willingness to learn
Additional Benefits:
