You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps while delivering top-tier customer service, performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintaining DOT compliance. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL or valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26' box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1-3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employers.
• Customer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Commitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practices.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26' box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer-Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service
