Daniels Health is seeking a dependable, safety‑minded non‑CDL driver to support healthcare routes in West Palm Beach, FL. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers while delivering professional service to hospitals and facilities along your local route.

The role features consistent daytime hours, a fixed schedule (6 AM to 4:30 PM on four weekdays), and a full‑time permanent position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and tenure with past employers.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a flexible, can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers.
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service.
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections.
• Load and unload containers (heavy lifting).
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs.
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers


• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks


• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service


• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues


• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

Physical & Customer‑Facing Work
