Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a dependable driver to support healthcare routes in Sturtevant, WI. You will collect and transport medical waste and sharps containers, providing professional service to hospitals and healthcare facilities along your local route.

This role offers a 1st shift, 4x10 schedule (5 AM–3 PM) with full-time benefits and a $3K sign-on bonus. CDL/HAZMAT not required for non-CDL pay, but CDL with endorsement increases pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience operating vehicles up to 26’ box trucks.
• Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checks.

What will your job involve?

Driving & Route Responsibilities

• Safely collect, transport, and store medical waste and sharps containers
• Operate company vehicles up to 26’ box trucks
• Manage assigned local routes and deliver timely, reliable service
• Complete deliveries according to schedule and communicate route changes or issues
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance including logs and roadside inspections

Physical & Customer‑Facing Work

• Load and unload containers throughout the day (heavy lifting required)
• Organize and prioritize your truck based on route needs
• Build positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional, friendly service

What are we looking for?
