Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, weekend availability, and strong navigation and communication skills. Pay is $23.50 per hour with a 5:00am start, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent navigational and map/GPS reading skills.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maneuver delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations and follow schedules.
• Safely load and unload beverage products and maintain back rooms/back stock areas as requested.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Utilize documentation to confirm deliveries and track inventory, and coordinate with dispatchers on progress and delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and build positive relationships with managers and staff.
• Attend trainings and meetings as assigned and assist with special projects.
