Job summary

Virginia Tech in Blacksburg is seeking a Non-Capital Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple non-capital projects valued up to $3 million. The successful candidate will manage project teams and ensure that design and construction align with university program goals. A master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Building Construction is required, along with excellent project management and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to $95,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• A master's degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Engineering, or Building Construction.
• Working knowledge of site/building design and construction processes including LEED and accessibility requirements.
• Ability to create and manage a team to meet project goals.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
