Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in wireless core network engineering, policy control, or charging systems.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia PCRF/PCF platforms, policy and charging solutions.
• Strong understanding of 5G Core Architecture and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Nokia PCRF, PCF, OCS, PCC, and PCEF/DPI solutions.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for policy control and charging platforms in production environments.
• Monitor network performance, analyze issues, and drive root cause analysis for service‑impacting events.
• Support integration and deployment activities related to 4G LTE EPC and 5G Core networks.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure network stability and performance.
• Perform software upgrades, patching, system maintenance, and platform optimization activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Support virtualized and cloud‑based environments using VMware and Linux platforms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Nokia PCRF / Wireless Engineer to support and maintain carrier-grade wireless network environments for a leading telecommunications organization. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Nokia PCRF/PCF platforms, policy and charging solutions, and 4G/5G core network technologies. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, production support experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support Nokia PCRF, PCF, OCS, PCC, and PCEF/DPI solutions.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for policy control and charging platforms in production environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting carrier‑grade production networks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible).
• Familiarity with telecom protocols such as Diameter, Gx, Gy, Rx, and HTTP/2.
• Experience with cloud‑native 5G network functions and containerized environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
