A leading technology services firm is seeking an Associate with expertise in PCRF tools and 5G Core Networking. The role involves preparing installation MOPs, verifying cloud environments, and ensuring successful application deployment. Candidates should have experience with Nokia and Cisco tools. Qualifications

• Experience with PCRF tools, preferably Nokia and Cisco.
• Proficient in preparing installation MOP and deployment artifacts.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for installation failures.

Responsibilities

• Verify the cloud environment and perform installation.
• Conduct health checks to ensure applications perform correctly.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Strong Nokia PCF/PCRF or Cisco PCRF/PCF Expr
• Strong 5G Core N/W Archi & Call flow
• Strong Cloud N/w and Kubernetes

Must Have skills

• Experience with any of the below PCRF tools, preferably Nokia and Cisco: Nokia Policy Controller (formerly BroadForward) / Smart Plan Suite / Nokia PCRF; Cisco/Cisco Quantum Policy Suite (aka Cisco PCRF); Ericsson SSR / EPC / PCC Node / Dynamic Policy Control; Huawei Policy and Charging Rules Function; Amdocs/Policy Controller; Openet PCRF / Openet Policy Manager; ZTE Unified Policy Server (UPS); Affirmed Networks/Affirmed vPCRF; Mavenir Policy Controller; NetNumber/Numeric TITAN (includes policy functions)

Duties

• Prepare the installation MOP & deployment artefacts for application
• Verify the cloud environment (image, flavor, network, etc.) and perform installation
• If the installation is not successful, perform the rollback procedure as defined in the MOP and conduct a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the failure
• If the installation is successful, perform health check of the system and ensure all applications are performing correctly
• Integrate the application with other peer nodes as per the deployment
