Job summary

Broadcom seeks a Nokia Global Account Manager to drive worldwide sales and increase strategic value for Nokia Network Infrastructure solutions. You will lead a global sales strategy, manage executive relationships across Nokia’s organization, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps, forecasting, and account reviews while pursuing untapped Telco and hyperscale opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Global Account Management or Sales Leadership within the semiconductor or networking industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in Hyperscale/Data Center sales with a deep technical understanding of Ethernet switching and Coherent Optical Interconnect technologies.
  • Proven history of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar quotas with year-over-year growth in complex, global accounts.
  • Existing relationships within Nokia NI are highly preferred and considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills; ability to navigate complex corporate structures with high energy and a results-oriented mindset.
  • B.A./B.S. in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Travel: Ability to travel globally as required to support the account.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain C-suite and high-level executive relationships across Nokia's global organization.
  • Act as the central point of contact within Broadcom to align cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance) with Nokia's technology roadmap.
  • Drive timely and accurate global forecasting; lead weekly account reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with Broadcom's executive leadership.
  • Identify and capture untapped business opportunities in the Telco and Hyperscale space, translating Nokia's needs into actionable Broadcom product requirements.

Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD 225,600.00 To USD 361,000.00

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
