Job summary

Atrium Management Company is seeking a Multifamily Portfolio Analyst to support ownership and asset management of a growing portfolio in Florida and Virginia. The role requires translating property-level data into actionable recommendations for leadership and investors.

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with a hybrid in-office schedule in Orlando. The candidate should have 2–4+ years in real estate analytics and strong Excel skills, plus knowledge of NOI drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in multifamily asset management, real estate analytics, or property financial analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Solid understanding of NOI drivers and multifamily financial statements.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to operational and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly property financials, including income statements and rent rolls.
• Evaluate NOI performance, margin trends, and revenue/expense drivers across the portfolio.
• Prepare asset-level and portfolio reporting for ownership and capital partners.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Identify value-creation opportunities and assist hold/sell/refinance analyses.
