Responsabilités

• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and .NET Core libraries.
• Resolve flaky Git tests to restore trust in the Tempe, AZ suite.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong code-review culture.
• Ensure code quality through automated linting, testing, and static analysis.
• Wire PHP APIs to People Management consumers so data lands where Tempe teams expect it.
• Translate a napkin idea into an Ansible goal-oriented prototype.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
