Node.js Developer with Java expertise

The ideal candidate should possess strong backend development experience using Node.js and Java, with expertise in building cloud-native applications, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and modern software development practices. The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend applications using Node.js and Java.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient backend components.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
