Job summary

UNC Health Caldwell Hospitalist in Lenoir, NC is seeking a full-time Nocturnist physician to join the team. The role features 7pm–7am night coverage, 7 days on/7 days off, with EPIC EHR and on-site work at Caldwell Hospital.

Requirements include Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training, open ICU, ability to run codes, and preferred central line/intubation experience. Competitive salary with benefits and CME/retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Open ICU.
• Must run codes.
• Procedure Experience (intubations/central lines) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnist coverage 7pm–7am.
• Open ICU oversight and patient management.
• Run codes when needed.
• Collaborate with ED/ICU teams.
