Job summary
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking a nocturnist to join a hospitalist group just outside Boston, MA. The team currently includes 17 physicians and 5 APPs, with a 7 pm to 7 am schedule and a night APP to assist with admissions.
The position offers a $374,000 base salary plus a performance-based bonus and a full benefits package, including a $25,000 commencement bonus. Residents from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center may participate in teaching opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Night coverage duties including admissions with nocturnist APP support.
- Work 7 pm–7 am on a 7-on / 7-off schedule.
- Collaborate with a closed ICU team of intensivists on a 24/7 basis.
