Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM/ABFM).
• Valid Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical care as part of a 7-on / 7-off rotation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, daily rounds, admissions, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation.
• Participate in initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
