Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Nocturnist Physician for night-shift locum tenens support in Colorado. The role covers 10p–7a and 7p–7a with no call, caring for hospital medicine patients and admitting to hospital medicine.

EPIC is used for documentation and you will work with one fellow physician to cover shifts. Required: board certification, active Colorado license or IMLC, ACLS certification; credentialing typically takes 30–60 days.

• Active Colorado state medical license or IMLC.
• ACLS certification required; credentialing typically 30–60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnist coverage during night shifts (10p–7a and 7p–7a) with no call.
• Admit to hospital medicine and manage sepsis, pneumonia, MI, and strokes.
• EMR is EPIC; collaborate with one other physician for coverage.

StartDate: ASAP, Available Shifts: Night 12;9, Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Nocturnist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and Requirements

Schedule: 10p-7a & 7p-7a; no call

Total census per provider per shift: 5-10

Procedures required: No procedures, admitting to hospital medicine, sepsis, pneumonia, myocardial infraction (MI), strokes.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Support: Will be working with one other physician

Certifications and license required: Must be board certified, must have an active Colorado state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), must have Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
