Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated MD/DO Nocturnist for a Permanent position in Troy, New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive healthcare team focused on providing high-quality care during the overnight hours.

Position:
Permanent MD/DO - Nocturnist
Location: Troy, New York

Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight care for hospitalized patients, including admissions, rounding, and managing acute medical conditions.
Respond to emergent medical situations and provide stabilizing interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including hospitalists, nurses, and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide direct supervision and support for medical residents and other team members during the night shift.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with the development of best practices for nocturnal care.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience as a Nocturnist or hospitalist preferred.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
