Job summary

Hartford HealthCare seeks Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join our Nocturnist program at Hartford Hospital. This full-time, salaried position offers 5:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, 12 shifts per month, including two weekends per month, with incentives for quality and productivity.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Openings for Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join a thriving Nocturnist program.
• Shift hours: 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
• Schedule: 12 shifts per month, including 2 weekends per month (Friday and Saturday nights). The remaining 8 shifts can be selected based on availability and division needs.

This is a salaried position. While compensation is presented as an hourly rate for consistency across our postings, this position is paid on a salary basis. The hiring range reflects a good faith estimate of pay for this position as of the posting date.
