BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practitioner / Advance Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join a Hospital Medicine team in Burlington, MA. The role involves rounding, admissions, and cross-coverage for inpatients on the night shift.

Candidates must have 1+ year of Advanced Practice experience in Hospital Medicine or Critical Care, possess ACLS, and meet certification requirements for NP or PA tracks. Employed salary with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• APN or PA with current licensure in Massachusetts
• ACLS certification required for all candidates
• Nurse Practitioners must be graduates of a Master's Program in Nursing and hold Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Physician Assistants must be graduates of an accredited PA Program with NCCPA certification

Responsabilités

• Provide hospital medicine cover with rounding, admissions, and cross-coverage for inpatients
• Assess and manage acute and chronic illnesses and develop individualized treatment plans
• Counsel patients and families on diagnoses, prognosis, and treatment options
