Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is seeking a NOC Technician II to join their team in Chapel Hill, NC. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and 5G network infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with RF systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in both office and field settings. A competitive pay rate of $30–35 per hour, along with full-time company benefits, is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in RF systems and DAS monitoring.
• Experience with Fiber/Passive DAS and WLAN systems.
• Hands-on skills in diagnosing network issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform DAS maintenance including fault analysis and link balancing.
• Respond to Technical Trouble Tickets for DAS systems.
• Conduct trend analysis on network performance metrics.
• Mentor and train regional technicians.
