Job summary

K-LOVE, located in Franklin, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated NOC Technician II to support our nationwide network and IT infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in communication during incidents and work closely with various teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate’s degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of experience in a technical environment, showcasing strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively in a ministry-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a NOC, broadcast, or network support.
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, SBE CBT).
• Ability to manage multiple incidents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RF alarms and outages using system knowledge.
• Resolve network issues involving routing and VLAN configurations.
• Lead technician on shift, coordinating responses to incidents.
