Lyte Fiber is seeking a highly capable NOC technician to monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate network incidents to maintain service and network performance levels in Houston. You will interface with multiple internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain detailed records in ticketing systems.
The role requires experience with XGS-PON based access networks, FTTX deployments, and strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.

The candidate will also be responsible for interfacing with multiple internal and external teams, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of the reported or identified network issues.
