Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN) to lead inpatient care on the Eating Disorder Recovery unit during the NOC shift. You will direct nursing functions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN Preferred.
• Wisconsin RN licensure by state board.
• PMH-BC certification preferred.
• Minimum two years RN experience in behavioral health.
• American Heart Association CPR certification within 30 days.
• Formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days.
• RN Board Certified - CertCert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care in inpatient departments.
• Delegate assignments and supervise staff.
• Complete medical records documentation accurately and timely; monitor with staff.
• Interact with multidisciplinary team to learn patient status.
• Coordinate admissions and milieu management.
• Attend/talk treatment team and staffings.
• Advocate for patients and families; resolve conflicts as needed.
• Promote safety and compliance with regulations.
