Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN, RN II, RN III) to provide compassionate care in an inpatient behavioral health setting. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing colleagues to support treatment goals.

The role offers multiple shifts (Day, PM, Night) and a path for mentorship and professional development within a supportive team dedicated to growth and success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• NCLEX scheduled or pending completion encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to adults or children/adolescents in an inpatient setting
• Conduct physical and mental health assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and nursing colleagues
• Administer medications and support treatment plans
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Develop critical nursing skills in a supportive, team-based environment

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred

Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment

NCLEX scheduled or pending completion encouraged to apply
