Responsibilities

• Assist in transferring and positioning residents safely.
• Transport residents to dining/activities and back to room.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality for resident records.
• Follow infection control policies and facility procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
